Founding donors
Twelve people keep the platform running
Everything the children touch — the lessons, the servers, the AI companion that answers them at nine at night — costs $300 a month. Twelve monthly donors at $25 cover all of it.
That is the platform itself. Content production and reaching more families sit on top — that is where every gift beyond the twelve goes.
We publish this figure because you can check it. A small number you can verify is worth more than an impressive one nobody can.

curriculum, for every family, forever
Plio Academy is a registered nonprofit in the state of Nevada. Your donation funds three things: the platform families learn on, the curriculum we write, and the background checks that keep our volunteer tutors safe to work with children. We employ no fundraisers and buy no advertising. The only deduction we cannot avoid is the card processing fee — Stripe takes about 2.2% plus 30¢ before a gift reaches us. Financial statements are available to donors on request.
