Do I need to create an account for my child?
No, children under 13 never create their own accounts. You create a family account and add your child from your dashboard.
Is it really free?
Yes. Core curriculum is free forever. Plio Academy is a nonprofit. We will always give 6 months notice before charging for anything.
What data do you collect about my child?
Only display_name and avatar emoji. No location, no contact info, no behavioral tracking on student-facing pages.
Can I delete my family's data?
Yes. Email families@plio.academy and we'll delete your entire family record within 30 days.
What devices does it work on?
Any browser, any device: desktop, tablet, or phone. No app required, though a PWA install is available for offline access.
