Data Deletion Request

You have the right to have your data deleted. Submit the form below and our privacy team will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when complete.

Note for guardians: Deleting your guardian account will also permanently delete all linked student profiles and their learning history. This cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.

We will verify your identity before completing the deletion. Expect a confirmation email within 1 business day.
